FAQ-Account Information

How do I view or change my account information?

Log in to your account and click on one of the links under 'manage account'. You can then change or add shipping & billing addresses, change your email address, password or account name. You can also view the status and history of any orders.

Please Note: Changing the address in your account will affect only future orders. Pending orders will need to be changed by calling 800-705-7095 and can only be done prior to the order shipping.

I forgot my password, can I retreive it?

Click here to go to the Customer Login screen and enter your email address in the 'Forgot Password' section. You will then be sent your password in an email. Call us at 800-705-7095 if you require further assistance.

Can I change my order?

You can still make changes to your order in the shopping cart at anytime prior to clicking the 'Place Order' button. Once you click the 'Place Order' button at the end of the checkout process, our system will not allow you to change or cancel orders online. Please call us at 800-705-7095 for assistance.

Can I track my order?

Log on to your account and click the 'View Your Order/Billing History' link located at the top of the screen. Order status and tracking information can be here. Click here to log on to your account. Call us at 800-705-7095 if you need further assistance.
