Why isn't the color option I want available from the dropdown menu?

If you do not see the color you are looking for, chances are we just have to order it. Colors in the dropdown menu are typically in stock. Although not all colors are made for all products, we will quickly check the availability of the color your are looking for. Just give us a call at 800-705-7095.

Will I have to pay sales tax?

There is NO sales tax on all orders outside the states of Michigan and Georgia. The law requires us to charge sales tax on all shipments to Michigan and Georgia only.

You can search for a product by typing descriptive keyword(s), the product name or model into the search box, hit the 'go' button and your search results will be displayed. If you prefer, you can just browse for gear by clicking on any of the links (underlined text) or pictures. You can also browse by clicking on a tab at the top of the screen and it will bring you to that department. If you prefer to search by brand, you can click on the 'search by brand' link located in the search box. Once you find an item of interest, just click on the picture or the 'more info' button and see all the product details.

From any product's detail page, you can add the item to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'add to cart' button. Once the product is in the shopping cart it will remain there until you are finished shopping. You can continue to shop or begin the checkout process. At any time while you are shopping you can see your cart's contents by clicking on the 'Cart & Checkout' link at the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Once you have finished shopping and want to make your purchase, you can check out by clicking the 'Cart & Checkout' link in the upper right hand corner of the screen and then click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.

If you are a return customer with an account, you can login or you can create an account by clicking the 'Register Now' link. Or continue checkout without registering. (It is possible to checkout without registering, but there are advantages to creating an account such as online tracking of your shipment and faster checkout in the future). You are now ready to complete checkout process:

1. Choose method of shipping by making your selection from the drop down box then press 'Continue'
2. Select method of payment and enter payment information then press 'Continue'
3. Review your order and verify that information is correct and press 'Place Order'
4. You will be emailed a receipt and your order will be processed
