Pushing the envelope in innovation,

BOSS is one of the most iconic brands in the guitar effects market. For over 30 years, their signature brightly-colored pedal enclosures have graced the pedal boards of rock royalty and hobbyists alike. Their reputation for rugged quality and legendary reliability has cemented their place as one of the premier pedal brands. Back in 1973, BOSS set out on their quest of innovation, creating some of the first products of their kind. Since then BOSS has continued this tradition, releasing new stomp boxes, multi-effects pedals, and vocal effects

BOSS pedals have gained an impressive reputation for being practically bullet proof, capable of being pushed to the limits both sonically and structurally. BOSS pedals provide intuitive, easy-to-use effects that can fit seamlessly into any musician's setup, whether they are rocking the stadium or the spare bedroom. That's the beauty of these pedals; BOSS products deliver innovative, great sounding tones for any musician, all in a package you could run over with a truck.

 Questions & Tips

Q: Do BOSS pedals include a power supply?
BOSS compact pedals do not include a power supply. Some of the larger multi-effects pedals or looping pedals do include one though. Boss recommends their PSA-120S power supply for nearly all of their pedals.
Q: How do I find the serial number of my product?

Most BOSS serial numbers have a 7 digit designation containing 1-2 letters and 5-6 numbers. The serial number can be found on a white sticker on the bottom or back panel of the product. With certain battery powered products, this sticker can be found in the battery compartment.

They can also be located on the UPC sticker on the outside of the product box.

Q: Can I power my BOSS pedal with a battery?
Yes, all new BOSS compact pedals can be powered with a 9V battery by unscrewing the knob on the front of the pedal. Be sure to unplug your cables when not using your pedal because it will continue to drain the battery even if you're not using it.
