A true pioneer in all things stomp-box,

Electro-Harmonix has been at the forefront of quality and innovation since its inception back in 1968. No company can continue to stay on the forefront of musical creativity without a daring inventor, and in the case of Electro-Harmonix, that driving force is founder Mike Matthews. His exceptionally broad experience in both the business realm and the music industry has allowed him to create something truly special.

During the early days of the guitar effects scene in the 60's and 70's, Electro-Harmonix thrived with their innovative LPB-1 booster pedal and Big Muff Pi fuzz pedal. These pedals have stood the test of time and are still in production today, over 40 years later. Their portfolio of high quality products has cemented their place at the top of the pedal market and on the pedal boards of rock stars. Today they continue in that tradition, offerings unique stomp boxes that are rugged enough for the road and refined enough for any studio.

 Questions & Tips

Q: What power supply do I use with my Electro-Harmonix pedal?

Well, the answer to that question actually varies quite a lot so there is not a one-size-fits-all answer. However, you can find a full list of recommended power supplies here: http://www.ehx.com/assets/instructions/wall-wart-chart-usa.pdf

Q: Will my Electro-Harmonix pedal include a power supply?
Unlike many effects companies, Electro-Harmonix actually does include a power supply with many of the pedals they make! Their nano pedals do not include one though. We typically mention or picture the power supply on the product listing if it is included.
Q: Where is Electro-Harmonix based?
Electro-Harmonix is based in the heart of the USA in New York City. While some of their components are sourced overseas, all of their pedals are assembled by hand right here in the USA.
