Product arrived on-time, in perfect condition, with all items that were promised, and with lots of protection. I wouldn't have known the difference had it been marked as new. Even the pick guard came pristine, and the two layers of protective plastic helped. I just need to get some flatwounds or polyurethane on it and I'll be set! WOW! I wish I could give Gear Tree ten stars. I just received the guitar this morning; I had just placed the order yesterday. Granted Gear Tree is only about 180 miles from where I live, but to receive something the next day is amazing - watch out Amazon! I have not even had a chance to play it, but the guitar is gorgeous... definitely meets the "MINT" category. Before actually placing the order, I had a few questions... the people at Gear Tree are great; they answered my questions promptly.
