This 700-watt cab wields top-shelf Class D Amplifiers, a 12-inch Celestion speaker, and a 1-inch high-performance compression driver to bring any digitally modeled tones to life with the utmost authenticity. An onboard IR loader with eight slots (packed from the get-go with pro-level presets) further bolsters your sound, and you also get a programmable 3-band EQ to optimize your rig’s sound for your respective setting. Even more impressive is the TONEX Cab’s unique Amp Tone control with advanced DSP — this feature that supplies a dynamic amp-in-room feel with the twist of a knob. It’s all complemented by a comprehensive I/O section to tackle any stage or studio application, with 5-pin MIDI ins and outs; a combo XLR input and aux in; USB; and a balanced XLR output that’s crowned with ground lift and a Pre/Post switch. You'll find the latter a handy tool for sending your sound direct to the front of house (Post — EQ/Amp Tone) and for utilizing the ability to link to another TONEX Cab (Pre EQ/Amp Tone). Whether you’re rocking the stage or simply jamming on the couch, the IK Multimedia TONEX Cab’s extensive I/O section accommodates any sonic situation with ease. First up, this cab sports both an XLR combo jack input and an aux input, making it a breeze to jam along with your favorite tunes and backing tracks. And for those who utilize complex switching rigs onstage, the TONEX Cab’s 5-pin MIDI In and Out jacks will oblige. Prefer to go direct? This cab’s balanced XLR output has you covered, and it even sports a ground-lift switch and a Pre/Post switch. With the latter switch, you can switch between the TONEX Cab’s Cab Link functionality (Pre) and sending your sound straight to the front-of-house (Post).
